Gotham - Season 3 Episode 12: Ghosts
Season 3 opens with Gordon working in a monster-ridden Gotham as a bounty hunter and seeking to find answers about the Indian Hill escapees and why their powers appear to be killing them. Bruce's doppelganger roams the streets and Barbara and Tabitha open a nightclub called The Sirens.

Fortunately, Carmine's best assassin is also his most good-natured. Jim finds Victor Zsasz helping himself to some milk in Jim's apartment. He came to warn Jim that he expects to get the kill order from Carmine soon.

For its first episode of the 2017, Gotham certainly didn't disappoint. This week's spring premiere - titled "Ghosts" (more on the significance of that later) - holds tightly to the narrative development promised by the show's previous episode.

Minor plot holes and repetitive themes aside, "Mad City: Ghosts" was an entertaining start to the second half of Gotham Season 3.
