Covert Affairs - Season 1
A dramatic and powerful series that chronicles the story of a trainee working for the CIA. Annie Walker is an intern at the CIA and has been promoted on the ground because of her language skills and distinctive abilities to solve complex issues and accept political matters with smart thought. Her career turns to real danger when she is integrated into these issues without training or training and now she has to accept all these tasks on her own intuition, especially when she directs the military intelligence agent named Aggie Anderson, who will later become blind and become the only assistant to Annie The only person with great confidence.

Piper Perabo is perfect in the role. Eerily, she even resembles Jennifer Garner to an extent, as it's impossible not to make comparisons to Alias.

I'm not ready to start the Piper Perabo Appreciation Society just yet, but she's surprisingly good in the role of Annie Walker, a fresh-faced CIA agent who's trying to put her past behind her and get started out with the agency.

Covert Affairs isn't as complicated as Alias, nor does it have the sci-fi/fantasy element that show had, but it does have promise and Annie Walker could be a nice addition to USA's stable.

Covert Affairs is a zippy character study, and it puts Perabo's features to playful use in the earliest moments of the pilot, filling the screen with them in a context where they're begging to be studied.
