If you haven't got into Californication [yet], you should give it a whirl. It's sharp, funny, sexy, wicked and the characters - especially Hank - have proper depth.

It has to be said that Season 3 was nothing like the first two, and that's what made it work.

Duchovny owns the show, injecting stylish humour as well as bucketloads of charisma and heart into his portrayal of the feckless, hapless Moody.
