In a season that seems to complement the previous season in its dangerous and exciting events. The second season begins with green lighters on the streets and the board of directors threatens to close Garfield months after the ASA and Anisa attacks are still shrinking, and Jeff will discover that the situation has became very bad.

There's a "big" plot development at the very end that is presumably meant to make us eager to catch the season finale, but I honestly couldn't care less at this point.

There's at least three or four episodes of plot left, but somehow the Black Lightning writers think they can fit it all in to just another 45 minutes!

All in all, this episode shapes up to be pretty entertaining. Nothing too unpredictable happens, and things move straight forward.
