The third season presents new events of action and drama. Now, ASA has decided to place Freeland under martial law. As a result, Bell was forced to cooperate to move beyond that stage. It seems that Jeff and Lynn are still in 'protective custody' for some time, and Anisa joins a new identity embodied in the 'Blackbird' to produce metadata that seem to exist in the city.

I hope this season maintains focus and doesn't find itself branching out too far away from its central conflicts. If the following episodes consistently operate at this level, this will be an exciting season to watch.

The one issue with the time jump was the sharp tonal shift. Don't get me wrong, the added tension and drama is well-appreciated to shake things up. However, the plot points between where the story left off and now are vastly different.
