While "The Fallen" is action-packed, with Team Arrow desperately trying to save Oliver and Thea from the League, it's the episode's more thoughtful moments that make it something special.

"The Fallen" marks a seismic shift in the status quo of Arrow... There are a ton of big events at play here, which makes it all the more curious why this episode ends up feeling oddly muted.
