The fourth season starts with a series of comedy events that we live in differently, where Mama Carlson rents a professional radio consultant to evaluate WKRP. On the other hand, it seems that the man he hired, Norris Preez, is an old friend of Andy where things seem surprising because he is the one who also runs a radio programming service. Meanwhile, Andy soon realizes that Preez plans to give the station a bad report.
