The criminal series revolves around the story of US police chief Bill Hixon, who recently came to Lincolnshire with his 14-year-old daughter Kelsey. Bill moved with his daughter in the hope of escaping her painful past that had just happened. In the end, Bell finds that the new society is quite different, asking him about everything that goes on there.
