What We Do in the Shadows - Season 1
This series offers a host of great comedies that speak of the daily life (or rather, at night) of four vampires. It would seem to be a doctrine when we live with vampires in a comedic way where they seem to have lived together for more than 100 years, on Staten Island. It is a wonderful comedic look at the actions that these people have been doing with each other on that island and they have been sheltering for a long time.

These continuing plots either need to be woven in more deftly and thoroughly or discarded; arguably, the show seems like it wants to be more serialized than it's allowed to be in these early episodes.

I do not know if it's as good as the movie... What I do know is that Shadows, the series, is funny -- often deadpan, sometimes quietly droll, sometimes howl-at-the-moon hilarious.
