When the manager becomes a regular employee who performs his or her mission as an ordinary person without imposing personal control or orders. So the administrative group decided to hide behind the curtain, to contact the staff, without revealing their identity. The managers of shops and companies go to their shops and interact with employees as ordinary people so they know how active the employee is and how important the job is to him.
