This strong series comes back through a wide range of events in the third season. The season begins with Uhtred being sent to face a new threat embodied by the fierce Danish warrior Bloodhair. On the other hand, both Bloodhair and Aethelwold try to convince Uhtred in their alliance against Alfred, and Aethelflaed turns into Father Boca for help again.
