Temple - Season 1
This dramatic series explores the story of setting up an illegal clinic in an abandoned tunnel network. In this mysterious temple, Daniel is a surgeon who suffers from personal tragedy and is responsible for treating anyone who is willing to pay for medical assistance. Li, a disgruntled transport officer, and Anna, a medical researcher, try to help Daniel in his mission as they treat a variety of desperate patients during that time.

It's loopy enough, admittedly, as an entire premise... but if you can just, pretty please, suspend your disbelief for long enough to get your talons into it, it's hugely rewarding.
