The series presents a chain of dramatic events staged by High Water, the city's most performing arts school. The twins, Tal and Janell, from Ohio, find themselves in a world. As they try to navigate their new world - inside and outside the dance floor, they will discover how deeply prepared they are to achieve their dreams and seize their moments. Perhaps it will be a new challenge for Tal and Janell to pursue those ambitions.
