Dr. Tommy Oliver created Dinosaur like robots called Bio Zords with the help of an eccentric scientist. Unfortunately their lab was exposed to an attack by the evil Mesogog, the thing that has made Tommy moves to another near city. There, he settles and works as a science teacher. But Mesogog returns in this city causing much damaging. Dr. Tommy cooperate with some guys to protect the city under the name of the Dino Thunder Power Rangers.
