The series is back in season four as investigators discover that the CIA is involved in a new case. The case seems to be about a plan to launder money in a bank in a Cuban neighborhood. Within a short time, there is a serial killer who performs horrific operations by giving male victims some contaminated drugs, making them enter a dangerous juncture.
