In the third season, Amber is afraid of dying young as she decides to move 2,000 miles in the hope that weight loss surgery will bring back more natural things in her life. On the other hand, the 37-year-old Susan weighs more than 600 pounds, and weight loss seems very difficult. One day, things get harder for Susan as she has an unexpected medical disorder that paralyzes her mobility.
