The dramatic events of this series begins with much more excitement that follows the lives and work of the police in unknown city and describes the suffering of those staff especially because the shortage of the staff. The first season of this series opens with a want from the United States president to visit Hill, and the arrangements which are applied to make this happen.

Even by today's standards it's not afraid to go for the jugular. This is the show that made television producer Steven Bochco into the powerhouse that he became, and with writing this electric he certainly deserves it.
