In the third season, Kovak is booking the hotel in Laredo, Texas, where Sam Tuttle, the famous gunman, is a dangerous man who can not be defeated. In the meantime, Paladin was forced to kill Kovac, where Tuttle must challenge Paladin at those moments in order to maintain his reputation known to all. One of the guests arrives at the hotel and announces that Paladin is the killer that everyone is looking for.
