There is a series of new puzzles and issues that puzzled investigators inside the city of Manchester. The fourth season begins with these powerful mysteries, including the mystery of the murder of one person while speaking to a civil rights activist whose life was killed by one of his detractors. That would seem to be a real mystery for investigators, along with a host of other seemingly controversial issues.
