It's situations like this, where we get a particularly clever (albeit twisted) use of the Dollhouse concept that have occasionally given this show a spark it often lacks.

"The Public Eye" was a very solid episode, hampered just a little by having to do a lot of table-setting for more thrilling episodes to come.

Shame they held all this good stuff until Dollhouse was already a dead-show-walking, as its earlier arrival might have helped the show hold on to more viewers.
