It is a series of real-life events that embody the adventures of John Tavier with bar owners. John, a renowned restaurant and bar consultant, venture his advice to run a successful business. At the start of the series, John goes to California to help a pub whose manager did not know how to run it, causing a lot of problems. It seems that the pub did not work well and it severely affected the owner's reputation.
