In short, much like Season Five, 30 Rock has found its groove, and it's continuing to ride it, flaws and all.

Outside of a few stray moments, I didn't enjoy the premiere very much.

So: funny funny, and full of well-chosen guest appearances and cameos. But above all there was a sweetness to the episode.

As long as Liz's "hell" remains funny, we'll watch it, and for the most part, 30 Rock has managed to sustain its laughs.
