The second season begins where the last season ends up where the world will be divided into two sides, one good side in the Offshore, where people live in faire, happiness, and progress, and other bad side in Inland, where people suffer from poverty, injustice, havoc, and misery. People have the chance to choose which side they prefer to live in, but in such an injustice world the candidates of the good side, Offshore, have only 3 percent to succeed.
