The second season of 2 Broke Girls is about Caroline who is disheartened by the auction of the family property. Max takes Caroline to her father in jail, who stresses on Caroline to buy the house no matter what. Max feels that there is money present in the cup and makes a disguised Caroline go to the auction.

It actually makes me wonder if 2 Broke Girls would thrive if the girls packed up and moved to Los Angeles, a place where the writers actually know about.

For me, it is simple: if it's a sitcom and if it makes me laugh, it has done its job. Even if those laughs are sometimes accompanied by a groan or eye roll.
