The series opens its events through Bill, which has been important, leaving many repercussions. On the other hand, Lamar and Volka continue to spy on Adrielle, who wants a prophecy she can trust and more money quickly.

For all of its unnecessary violence and bizarrely place nudity, Tidelands is strangely boring. It has no verve, not even a crazy, ridiculous one - at least that would have been entertaining.

A TV-MA take on mermaid lore, Tidelands is a completely serviceable drama series. It's average in most places and slightly above average in others... If you're into lots of violence, sex and nudity set to the backdrop of mermaids, give it a shot.
