There are moments when Flipped shines... But outside that, their characters are far too grating and one-note for the meta-narrative around it, especially when they run into the people whose money they just stole.

"Jann" and "Cricket" are roles that Forte and Olson, both seasoned pros at playing off-kilter narcissists, could play in their sleep, so it's no surprise that their joint deranged energy keeps "Flipped" moving at a steady clip.

At least better than Murder House Flip, because stars Kaitlin Olson and Will Forte are likeable and funny. But it isn't really playing to the platform's strengths if, after three episodes, the show hasn't even fully established its premise.
