Riley is a young girl who just joined the university. Unfortunately, her new life doesn't seem to be better, there is a serial killer in her college who kills girls one by one. Riley finds herself framed in a sinister plot involving a dark secret at the sorority that she pledged. In addition to, she is the next victim for that killer.

"The Row" is somehow even less fun than you'd imagine an EDM-infused, party-punch-soaked serial killer film would be, and it's barely even a horror movie beyond its central concept.
