The Death and Life of Bobby Z
When Tim Kearney, a small-time criminal, slits the throat of a Hell's Angel and draws a life sentence in a prison full of gang members, he knows he’s pretty much a dead man. But then Kearney is offered freedom by DEA agent Tad Gruzsa in exchange for impersonating recently-late drug lord Bobby Z. When the negotiations go awry, Kearney flees, with Z's son in tow.

Filled with head scratchingly dumb twists and cornball dialogue, this is not exactly a brilliant film. Yet it's got a slick look and at least a few passable action scenes.
