Superman/Batman: Public Enemies
Driving by their deep will of becoming a president and making new changes in the state, Lex Luthepr, an ambitious guy, who does his best, in order to come to power and wants to win popularity, so he uses a strange meteorite to attract the attention of people and use it as a problem for Superman.
