Martyrs (2008)
It is a bad fate to try to regain the lost honor for two young people. After being kidnapped and tortured as a child, the young girl decided to take revenge on the people who abducted her and tortured her mercilessly. The girl meets her boyfriend, who decided to stand by her because he is the other victim of the abuse of ugly children. It is the most daunting task for them, another kind of hell and brutality.

Some call it torture porn, others might call it aggressive moralising, more still have say it's boring and pointless. In my view this level of dissent marks it as worthwhile.
