Jack and Jill
Fearing from the mess and noise his mad twin sister, Jill, who suffers from healthy problems, Jack Sadelstein, a well-known advertising executive in Los Angeles, who has a nearly comfortable and quiet life with his family, struggles to her visit during the Thanksgiving Day, as she turns their life down.

Jack and Jill is an ill-advised, too long Saturday Night Live skit gone wrong. It's a cartoon. It's a way for all involved to pad their pockets and a way for Sandler to keep his friends employed.
