There absolutely should be tons of help for those willing to admit to themselves and a therapist or psychologist that they have this type of attraction before they act upon it.
I honestly had no idea there wasn't specialized help for those who will actually seek help because they struggle with this and don't want to harm a minor.
But this whole MAP organization where they say it loud and proud like it's just another sexual orientation is absolutely absurd to me. Before any type of MAP program gets solidified there need to be wide spread programs for assistance and scientific assistance on how to help them to not ever offend or for those who have to NEVER do it again.
But, those who do offend need harsher punishment and a prison for them where they are forced to get the psychiatric assistance they so desperately need.
Now, where they live among us? I don't have an answer for that. I've gone to those websites and they are ALL around me. So, I don't know what to say about that for those with children as I do not.
