High Fidelity
In an attempt to win the heart of his girlfriend, Laura, a young but depressed man named Rob Gordon, who owns a record shop in Chicago, where he sells old music and suffers from a miserable life, does his best and tries to change his life for her sake, as she tells him that he is a failure who has no goal in life.

Black is terrific as the obnoxious Barry, who abuses customers ignorant enough to come in and ask for 'I Just Called To Say I Love You', while Louiso is almost as good as the mousy but equally snobbish Dick.

As a film about males it`s amazingly insightful for women. The soundtrack`s another great plus. I just adored this film.
