Fatal Instinct
Police detectives Decker and Gates follow a trail of evidence in hopes of collaring the serial killer who is terrorizing Los Angeles. Things goes extremely bad when the clues seem to lead to the Gates ex-con brother, who Decker helped put in prison years ago.
