Fallen (1998)
After arresting on the dangerous serial killer, Edgar Resse, who commits many crimes and murders, John Hobbes, a homicide detective, attends his execution, but after executing him, incidents come to climax upon similar murders that follow his death, the thing that makes him struggle.
