Dirty Harry
A crazy assassin named Scorpio Keller abducts and kills people. Harry Callahan is appointed to stop the operations of that crazy killer who began kidnapping the girl and trying to kill her. When Harry is arrested, Harry abuses the rights of the civilian murderer and decides to release him, but he is used to picking up a school bus and Harry must hunt him down again to stop him and possibly kill him to get rid of his ongoing crime.

Siegel makes excellent use of San Francisco locations, even if Harry makes a few implausible leaps across town from time to time. The Kezar Stadium showdown in particular is a keeper.
