In order to prove its success in its trade and its work in a small bakery, Hartmann is trying to be different and sophisticated in the field of bread. When the new chief executive of the city, Nickel Carlinson, visits Ella's bakery, he will present ideas to modernize the bakery by dismissing employees. During that visit, Ellie tries to teach Nick how to make the Kringles and try to prove that they are the only ones to achieve success in this area and not the machines, Eli wrestles with chasing her dreams that look exciting.
