Hard-drinking, pill-popping, bong-ripping Lou (Natasha Lyonne) has to get a grip on reality when she wakes up with strange symptoms after a night of partying. She turns out to be pregnant even when she hasn't had sex for one year!

It's a scrappy debut with a standout performance from Lyonne, who manages to be sympathetic even while she drinks her way into further circles of hell, and a terrific return to form for Meg Tilly as well.
