American Pie 1
A hysterical look at the goal of four 'unlucky in love' high school friends who make the ultimate pact: lose their virginity by prom night. In their outrageous attempts to fulfill this mission, they come to some surprising, hilarious and often touching realizations about themselves, their friendships, their notions of love, romance and their relations with the opposite sex.

Rest of the rancid jokes, listless performances, and mild sauce mischief bury the basic boner novelty of American Pie alive. Eleven years later, it's still the same insufferable, meaningless hooey it always was.

It takes almost 30 intolerably slack minutes to set it up and get it rolling.
