Patricio Aylwin was a Chilean politician, lawyer, author, professor and former senator. He was the first democratically-elect president of Chile after the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet (1973-1990).He played himself in Pablo Larrain's movie "No", telling the story of the Chilean referendum of 1988, which ousted Pinochet from power. The movie was nominated for a foreign language film at the 2013 Academy Awards. Hide
