Katery is a young and talented actress, singer, dancer and director who has stood out thanks to her histrionic abilities in important film and television projects, among them is her most recent participation in the Apple TV series "Acapulco" -in english-, also her participation in the short film by director Mauricio Ochmann, "Diaz" -also in english-. In addition to her leading role, in the short film by director Indigo Bates, "Que falta". On the other hand, she has made collaborations in renowned productions such as: "La reina soy yo", "La Guzmán" and "Nada personal".She started into music at the age of 14 playing the drums and singing but it wasn't until 2021 when she began her singing career with her most recent release "Muses". Her music incorporates elements of varied styles and genres including dream pop, R&B, electronic, experimental, rock, ethereal, and hip hop.In addition, Katery has been part of music videos as a model and dancer: one of them went with the singer Peewee for his song "Perfecta" and with the singer Manu Negrete acting as the leading actress for his video "Por si vuelves".She began her professional career at the age of 14 acting on tv commercials. Her interest in film, acting and directing led her to study the Acting Career at CasAzul at the same time as the Bachelor of Media & Communication Sciences at La Salle University graduating with honors. She is currently in Los Angeles, CA studying with Lesly Kahn. Also she had the opportunity to study with great teachers such as Luis Mandoki, Fernando Piernas, Teresina Bueno, Viridiana Olvera and Rodolfo Obregón, topics such as directing, screenwriting and acting. Since childhood she began her professional preparation as a dancer and singer in several academies such as IVT and with Mandú Zavala from SACM (singing), Justdance and Blackstudio (dance), she also practiced gymnastics for 7 years.As a filmmaker, she has written, directed and edited music videos, digital commercials and short films with world-wide recognized producers such as Aca Films, The Lift, Camaleon and Rojo Films and as an editor she has worked continuously with the world-renowned advertising agency, McCann.
