Her first screenplay, Red Tide Bloom, placed 2nd for the 2008 Nantucket Film Festival/Showtime Network Tony Cox Screenwriting award.Appeared as the Second Nun in 2007 staged reading of House of Blue Leaves at the Mark Taper Forum Annex opposite John Heard, Bud Cort and Roberta Wallach.As a lifetime member of the Actors Studio, Flo participates in ongoing projects ranging from workshops to full productions, some of which include: Lead in workshop of If You Love Me, by and opposite Lyle Kessler (Orphans); as Evangelia Callas in an adaptation of Masterclass, opposite Faye Dunaway; Ladies at the Alamo as Fats opposite Shirley Knight, Rue McClanahan & Mary Beth Hurt; and Sundown Beach, directed by Estelle Parsons.Off Broadway roles in New York include Debbie in Sundown by Leslie Maslow at the Westbeth Complex, Countess Emma in Ring of Death by H.M.
